Remember Your Ancestors

When I first set up the Virtual Fromelles Museum I wanted it to become an archive of information on the men who served in the First AIF and fought at Fromelles. More than just their names on a wall I wanted to feature their stories, their lives, their faces. Where did they come from? Where did they go? Where are they now?

This is an ambitious project and one I cannot do alone and so I invite anyone who may have had an ancestor who fought at Fromelles to please get in touch and tell their story on this site.

We'll help edit, write and work on pictures, all you need to do is to provide the information. It doesn't need to be much, every little bit helps.

Also, it is worth noting that this website has been accepted into the Pandora Project, which means each year the National Archives will archive the site, ensuring the information present upon it is preserved for future generations to read. Your ancestor will never be forgotten.
